We meet in the Washington Group (URS) complex. We’ll have our Toastmasters banner up!
We’re an “open” club, which means that you don’t have to work for a certain company or agency or have any particular affiliation to participate and join. We want to be a professional resource for all employees in our complex (and beyond!) Please join us for a couple of meetings and learn how Toastmasters can improve your professional, communications, and leadership skills.
We usually meet in a conference room at 800 E. Park Blvd., Boise. Look for the Toastmasters bulletin board in the lobby with meeting location and agenda details.
If you’re coming from offsite:
- Travel EAST on I-184, continuing on to W. Myrtle St.
- Cross Broadway; Myrtle turns into Park Blvd.
- Turn left into the Washington Group Plaza Parking.
- Sign in with the security desk at 800 E. Park Blvd. The security officer can direct you to the meeting.

Dues are billed every six months and are $45 for Toastmasters International and $6 for River Speakers for a total of $51. In addition, new members pay a one-time $20 sign-up fee.
They’re due in advance of the April 1 and September 1 cut-off date. Your Treasurer will contact you the month before. For new members, dues are prorated.
From club to international
Our club is part of a worldwide organization which this diagram describes.
We are part of Division A, Area 3 (“A3,” for short) along with three other clubs: HP Speakeasies, Eagle club, and Boise Bible Club.
The next level is district. We’re in District 15 which spans Utah, southern Idaho, eastern Oregon, northern Nevada, and western Wyoming.
The top level is region. We’re in Region 1.
